How does Style Lease work?
1. Shop It Filter by size, color, occasion and more to find the best look. We have stunning dresses from 20+ designers to rent from. 2. Reserve it Choose a delivery (we recommend a delivery date 1-2 days prior to your event date) and return date and timing, and rent for 4 days. 3. Return It Concierge picks up at arranged date and timing. No dry-cleaning, no return shipping costs – we’ll take care of everything!
What are MyWishlist?
See a dress you love? Click on the small heart on the top right of the image. This saves your favorites so that you can find the dresses at ease on a later date/occasion.
How do I choose the perfect dress?
1. If you know exactly what you want: Use our search filters to help you narrow down your choices by size, color, occasion, designer and more. 2. Find measurement details on the “Size and Measurements” tab of each dress page.
What if the dress I ordered doesn’t fit?
Do check with the ‘Size and measurements’ tab for your sizing- we make specific measurements just so customer can gauge the sizing well. In the event that the dress does not fit, we’d be able to overnight you another dress in time for your event. Email us within 24hours of receipt and we’ll ship you an available style for $15. Alternatively, arrange a fitting session appointment with us. Book Appointment
When should I make a reservation for a dress?
You can book a reservation up to 6 months in advance, and schedule your order to arrive 1-2 days before your event. We also offer same-day delivery at an additional $10.
How do I rent these pretty dresses as a group?
If you are considering renting dresses/evening gowns as a group, Style Lease Private Fitting Concierge is the perfect solution. Gather a minimum of 4 friends- Style Lease Concierge will have your favorite dresses on ‘MyWishlist’ sent to you and your girlfriends for fitting. Rest assured you’d be all set at the end of the fitting! Email us on the right to book your dates.
How about wedding gown or bridesmaid dresses/evening gowns?
Got an all-girls celebration/ girls’ night out/ hen-night/ wedding coming up? Gather a minimum of 4 friends- Style Lease Private Concierge will have your favorite dresses on ‘MyWishlist’ sent to you and your girlfriends for fitting. Rest assured you’d be all set at the end of the fitting! Email us on the right to book your dates.
How are the dresses cleaned?
We take great care of our pieces. Our in-house dry-cleaner uses a variety of techniques to ensure that each style is dry cleaned thoroughly, steamed and pressed, inspected for quality, and packaged with care so that it’s ready for you to wear.
What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?
We understand that a little stain may be inevitable. Mail your outfit back to us and we will take care of them! In the event that the dress is damaged/badly stained, we will assess the damage and inform you of the additional charges needed to repair the outfit. Should the outfit be damaged beyond repair or lost, you will be required to make payment equivalent to the full retail price (RP) of the dress as shown on our website. Always return the dress if it is not lost, regardless of the condition it is in! This way, we will be able to determine if the outfit can be repaired at a lower cost for you than the full retail price!
